Are all of your rubber mats for horse stalls made with re-vulcanized rubber? What does that mean?
Yes, all of our rubber products are made with 100% recycled, re-vulcanized rubber. This means the recycled products have been put through a chemical process that creates new bonds within the rubber.
This results in a stronger, more durable, and flexible material that can absorb weight and shock, making it perfect for barns and gyms.
Are these horse stall mats for sale in a store anywhere?
All of our products are available for purchase exclusively online. They are then shipped to you via freight.
Or, if you have your own truck and trailer, you can pick up your rubber mats for horse stalls in person at one of our two warehouse locations: Aiken, South Carolina, or Columbus, Ohio.
Can I install these stall mats myself?
Our interlocking stall mats are fairly easy to install. Some consumers prefer to handle this installation themselves, and the process for a standard stall typically takes about a day. There is some prep work involved before laying down mats, such as leveling the subfloor and adding stone dust.
From there, you can either cut mats to your specifications or, if you’ve ordered particular sizes for your space, begin laying them down. The Flexgard® interlocking rubber mats for horse stalls have tabs on specific sides, so you’ll need to plan out your order first.
Check out our installation guide for a more detailed breakdown on how to install your items.
How do I clean the mats?
Among the horse stall mats for sale, these are some of the easiest to clean. They can be deep cleaned with a steamer, pressure washer, or with a simple damp mop. Check out our cleaning guide for more information.
