Return Policy

Non- Defective products purchased from TheRubberman.com may be returned up to 30 days after delivery for a refund or credit towards additional products, providing they are in new, unused condition. If a product has been used it cannot be returned for credit under any circumstances. Related shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and TheRubberman.com reserves the right to assess up to an additional 15% restocking fee. All returns require a Return Authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Please contact TheRubberman.com customer service at sales@therubberman.com to request this information.

All custom manufactured orders are not able to be returned or refunded unless found to be defective. (Please refer to our Product Warranty Page for more inf Info)

If you received the wrong item in your order, please contact sales@therubberman.com or call 877-275- 8253 to illustrate the details, so we can give you proper instructions on returning any errors.

If an order is returned to us due to the inability of the shipper to locate you at the provided address, after reasonable effort, the order is treated as a no fault return in this instance. Please check that all data in the ordering process is accurate and up to date. If an item is returned to us by the shipper in this case, we will credit you less our return shipping costs and any extra costs levied by the shipper.

Defective merchandise may be returned within five (5) days of receipt after receiving a Return Authorization. Any defective product, which is still in its like-new condition, will be exchanged. All merchandise defects will be verified by our returns department, and must be confirmed prior to shipping a replacement. If for some reason a replacement is not available, we will credit you for the original price paid for the product.

If a product arrives damaged as a result of the shipping and handling process, we reserve the right to correct the order, and will make our best effort to collect and replace the damaged product with an undamaged product.Typically, we file a claim for replacement with the shipper in these instances, and the shipper will require evidence of the damaged product. The damaged product must be retained for this purpose. If you are not able to provide evidence of the damage, we will not replace the product. If a product arrives damaged, please contact customer service at sales@therubberman.com immediately for a return authorization. Upon receipt of the damaged product, we will ship a replacement at our cost.

This return policy does not apply to special orders, gift certificates, or any non-defective products once used. This includes but is not limited to custom manufactured orders to customer specifications, sizing, and any other items, “made to order”. No refunds will be given and sales are final.
